Theresa Karen (O'Hearn) Schwandt of Bakers Lake Nunavut and formerly of Chatham, N.B.
Born January 28, 1964 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in Chatham, N.B.
She is the daughter of Patrick and Geraldine O'Hearn.
Theresa worked for the Northwest Company in Bakers Lake Nunavut.
She loved nature thru hiking and walking the nature trails.
Theresa loved cooking and trying out new recipes.
Besides her parents Theresa is survived by her loving husband Wolfgang Schwandt, her two sons: Justin and Randy, grandson Alex, five sisters: Joanne (Donnie) Dunn of Miramichi, Shirley (Gerald) Lyons of Miramichi, Margie (Robert) Bremner of Napan, Mary Ann (Edmund) Sherrard of Semiwagan Ridge, Catherine (Eddie) Turner of Arcadia Florida, Three brothers; Louis (Brenda) O'Hearn of Weldfield, Pat (Cora) O'Hearn of Napan, Harvey (Gabrielle) O'Hearn of Barnaby River, several Aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Theresa is predeceased by her sister Geraldine, Mother-in-law Ida Schwandt, father-in-law Klaus Schwandt.
Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday December 1, 2018 at 11am from St Michael's Basilica with Fr. John Fraser officiating.

A reception will follow the memorial mass.
